4. Analytics cookies we set

We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how visitors move through our public website. PostHog processes this data on our behalf in the United States.

• ph_*_posthog: set by PostHog in your browser to recognize a returning visitor across sessions, so that (for example) reading a page one day and signing up the next is understood as one visit rather than two. It contains a randomly generated identifier and no personal details. It expires 12 months after your most recent visit.

We do not use PostHog's automatic-capture feature: every event we record is one we have explicitly declared. We do not record the contents of any form field, and we do not record anything inside the signed-in application beyond the fact that a conversation was started, how it was started, and how long your first message was. We never record the message itself, or the assistant's reply.

Session recordings are captured on our public pages to help us improve the layout. Form inputs are masked before the recording leaves your browser, so what you type is never transmitted. Recording is disabled entirely inside the signed-in application.

5. Managing cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

6. Error monitoring

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) for error monitoring in our web application. Sentry does not set cookies on this site and does not track you across sites. It receives technical diagnostics only — an error message, a code location, the page you were on, a browser and operating system version, a randomly generated request identifier, and a short log of the API calls our app made just before the error (their destination, method, and status, never their content) — with personal information removed before transmission. Error reports are relayed through our own servers rather than sent directly from your browser, which is designed to keep your IP address from reaching Sentry at all.
